it will remove all files/registry entries that the program has on your PC. It will see that the installer failed and go ahead and clean all the files for you
1-Download cc cleaner
2-Tools
3-uni-stall
Didn't work?
Hit delete entry.
Right click on the file in Program Files>Hold shift and hit Delete.
Just go to your Program Files Find the Stuff you don't need Delete that folder and go back to Contra Panel and click uninstall program and it should be taken off the list.

If Done it tons of times. Usually Panel Wouldn't let me UI So I manually did it.
Then I went back and UI and it removes the extra stuff.
