Its not. I think it held slightly better tension than the first, but I did watch the first a 10 at night, and the second at like 4 in the morning. There was only one scare part in the second, and that was disappointing. The whole basis of the second one also kinda sucked, and the way the movie was shot+the acting really didnt help the plot any at all.
