[HELP]Epicly Slow Computer

Intel[R] Atom 230 1.60 Ghz

32-bit Lenovo computer

So Today i went on my computer and im like WDF! Cause i didn't download the files from safe mode yet(but i don't think its the reason why because i have tried using it no problem without going into safe mode to download those files) so i have to press F2 and then esc and it work normally. Today FTW I did it and a black screen came up with a line(that looks like a barcode) stretching from the right side to the left side of my computer screen. I waited for 10 minutes for it to load or whatever and MY COMPUTER GOT WAY SLOWER. Normally on startup no slow at all, This time i had to wait like a minute so i could press start or open task manager for it to respond. And sometimes when i download something it will freeze along with browser and stuff and if i rage and try to minimize it, it won't respond the apps including explorer.exe until i wait awhile then it responds and everything is normal again.
I noticed Adobe flash player 10.2 came out and i didnt update it yet. So i didnt do manual update and updated it. When it was installing and got to 100% it stops there. And even like some other stuff freezes. Like i can't close folders and browsers and stuff until i close the installer. I tried manual install and no work either.
So please if somebody does anytihng please help me! >.<

No but i used to run everything hecka good and smooth i dont know why this happened all of a sudden and why i keep getting that barcode thingy everytime i try to start computer
