my CSM5 just got banned and i would like to know is there any way to get it back?
it says that i can create a post on customer support if i think this was a unfair ban or something. but does that really work? if i upload some of my legit game play video will they think about my ban or wat?
please tell me if there is any other way.
here is what i wrote to them, does this sound convincing enough?

Summary: why is my account banned?
Details: i would like to know why my account has been banned? what did i do that lead to this ban. i did not hack, spam or cause any harassment to any player.

please please reply because i really think this is not right, there must be some type of error or something.
History
if u want i can also upload a video on youtube of me playing and prove to u that i dont hack, if u think i do.
if this sounds really bad can some1 please write me a support ticket please, btw i did not hack all i did was try them out, but none of them worked.

WWM is better than SV9 by FAR.
Surprised, because all Windows computers come with WMM, so it's probably not that good.
