    I do, i do 3 step, 6 step, baby swipes, freezes and all the basic moves but then sometimes the powermoves.

    If your muscles hurt it usually means they're being worked and overtime will mean they're going to build up. If you're doing it so much that they continue to hurt and get over the top bad then have a rest, don't do as much and let your muscles settle down so they don't hurt.
