Since when was modding patched?

Sup guys I've seen a lot of comments about modding being patched and all but I've not had a problem. Is it just model mods or texture? I made that abstract m416 cqb without doing anything different than what I've ever done 0.o

textures are ok, they didnt get patched. not so sure about models
