Im a noob and i need help!

OK so i have a ps3 which is on 3.60 and i want to jailbreak/cfw it
but the only way i could do that is if i downgrade it to 3.55 ofw
jailbreaking is not a problem just downgrading....
so if anyone can explain to me (in a noob friendly way)
how to do this plz post/reply

From reading through some info on jailbreaking a PS3, I'm not 100% sure you can downgrade your firmware to 3.55, and if you do, you won't be able to play any online games, etc, and you'll probably be banned if you do try and connect.

@OP i have 3.60 CFW Jailbreak, Elitegamerify is the ONLY person who has a working 3.60 jb and is not fake.
