[Solved]Avatar Question

Hi,
I've seen many MPGH users having slightly bigger avatar pictures, but I don't know how they have put it. When I go to change my avatar, it says the maximum pixel size is 150x150. My question is; is there a way to post a bigger picture for my avatar? You may probably find this question stupid, but please help me.

Also you can make one if you reach 500 posts, than you can make you'r Forum name Fat, or a line under you'r name.
Also you can put text under you'r name.

You can't have a bigger avatar when you got 500 posts.
