Put this in a timer:

If ProgressBar1.Value = 100 Then
MsgBox("Done!")
End If

No, put it wherever you're incrementing the progress bar value. If there's a specific event you can handle it is WAY more efficient and accurate than using anything that's time based.

If ProgressBar1.Value = ProgressBar1.Maximum
MsgBox("Complete")
Else
'do your incrementing
End If

EDIT: Don't ask for keylogging/phishing software here, we do not support it.

Like @Jason said, .complete is the most accurate way of doing it , Reason: you can set progress bar's maximum to 50, example would be if your using the progress bar to visually display the extraction of a 50mb file or similar.

if your timer increments at plus a random value, or fall short because the value won't increment the progress bar above (let's say) 99, then you may end up with 101 or greater, meaning your code that is set to =100 will never trigger, and fail.

Well you can't go over .Maximum, so there's no real need to check the ">="

Unless you're referring to whoever said .Value = 100
