They're called infections.
Has all kinda shit like ESP, Choose care packages, 1 hit with stopping power, stopping power has no damage.
Idk how to get them though.

Modded lobbies I think.
no more modded lobbys for mw2 as of right now but i still have my world at war hacks
It's very hard to find a modded lobby now.
Since the 3.56 patch all lobbys stopped.
And now since the 3.60 patched was released the chances have dropped even more.
If someone kept the patch on their game while they updated they would still have the modded lobby but there's only 100 or so people that have modded lobbys at the moment.
