Why my game crashes every time that I try to open it?

iw4mp.dat has stopped working...Win 7 32-bit.

damn i know the fix that works for win xp

I think I found something:

Cuse as I understand you use AlterIWnet

Right click your sounds.
Right click > Show disabled devices.
Enable Stereo Mix.

Could also be that AUX got a dublicate in the registry..
