Hi, I had unlocker and i unlocked last prestige last level. Does exist unlocker which degrade my level? Please help , because it isnt fun with highest LvL.

There isn't any downgrader.
I haven't been playing the game for ages, but as I remember you have to delete your "config_mp" and ".stat" files in Steam dir.
I'm not totally sure, but I guess it should work.

You need to delete all the .STAT files, but i'm not sure about the players_mp. You can just do it, the game makes a new.
Sometimes steam creates some .bak files in your steam/userdata folder. They are just placed in random numbered folders so i can't tell you wich one...
Just try deleting the .STAT files. That probably works
