This is what I get when I launch Black Ops, after launching run.bat.
Tried running Black Ops -> then run.bat, same issue.
I have python 2.7
Aero mode ON.
The 1.6.1 was working for me though, now doesn't anymore. :O

Too make someone rage you just mess up the config, make binded tact to 4. Everytime you use tomobot it uses a flashbang instead, either direct impa*** them or flashes them. repeat this 5-50 times a minute.

Yes, you need windowed mod. To put it, open black ops then go into the settings and switch off full screen mode

Your better off downloading windows 7 ultimate from pirate bay and either upgrading or completley partitioning your hard drive for free its legit believe me i did mine about 4 months ago and i dont have no errors at all no "windows is not a genuine copy" messages or anything


Back on subject is this hack patched or anything and whats the chances of getting caught right now ?

The hack isn't patched at all for the time being. But be that as it may, don't go over abusing it ya know? If you play smart no one will really notice. So stay to Hardcore matches with no killcam and try to avoid showing off for the last kill =P
