Removing Linux from dual boot menu
guys im on xp and other day i was bored and wanted to see how linux was and i didnt really like it so i wanted to remove it, so i deleted wibi.exe and the linux .iso file but it still came on the dualboot menu, then yesterday i installed windows 7 on a seperate partition so i can dual boot xp n windows 7 but ubuntu still appears how do i remove ubuntu?

i already went on command promt and enter bootrec /fixmbr and bootrec /fixboot
Which bootloader are you using? If you don't need GRUB just restore the Windows one, if you want GRUB for some reason just edit the config files. In any case, the simplest way to edit a BCD bootloader: Download EasyBCD 2.0.2 - NeoSmart Technologies
theres no partition of linux

You see an option to restore the Windows BCD bootloader and an option to configure it. 1+1=2.
