Type of Ticket Write-Up Needed: Complaint
What happened:I bought a suba games gift card because it said it worked for crossfire. Then I was told by Z8games that they have left them and I should contact them. So I did. no luck. Just dead ends for all there support. So it's $25 worth of points bought
What I should add: They will tell you to contact suba or wicked ltd or something so you must say you already tried and z8 is my last chance.
You must say that there is no option under the billing section for my issue and have already tried that and got no luck. It must sound mad because I've tried everything. Mention suing z8games for false advertising. I just want the fucking points from them. Make it very mad but not to the point of a ban.
Make the support ticket sound like there only option is to just give me the points. So they have to have no other option because you must make it as I've tried them all!
Hope you can make this. Might be hard.
