Error logging in, cant play!

it displays a message to me saying:
Send error report?
and after that, CF shuts and i cant even LOGG IN!
please help, i tried doing lots of things but its still not working im going to upload a video,and a screenshoot.

i add the video:

Disable your Anti Virus and Delete all your Cf Folders and empty recycle bin and re download.

Does this happen regardless of you using a hack?

Try to do this things:
Try to check you'r internet connection, and fix errors.
Close you'r Anti-virus/Firewall. Or add an exception in you'r firewall
Try to delete whole crossfire+Map, and re-install.
Than restart you'r computer.
Maybe go to the website and, check if u don't get banned by IP.
If you got banned, try to change you'r ISP, or try an IP hider.

Im gonna try what Victoria told me, im not using hack and i already tried all that you said.

Update your drivers and disable your UAC

Clear all hack on your computer. Undo any edits you made to CF files. REstart your computer... I was having this problem the other day. I didn't even do that stuff.. just restarted my computer. Worked fine

Umm, the best solution is to clear history, clear the registry, turn off your Anti-Virus and update .NET Framework, C++ 2010 Redist. and DirectX.
