Does shortcut method still work?

All I want is extra spears.. and I've been trying but never works.

am using newest version of Hell_demon's console and can anyone

teach me how to add this?

It's supposed to be:

Format is always bind [key] [alias] or [command]

Not bind [alias] [key]

Well with this what about a changelevel bind because i have mine set as:
C:\Nexon\Vindictus\en-US\Vindictus.exe+bind y changelevel 2
and it doesnt work? Did i do something wrong?
