Oh yes it is possible.
I found this today and it is so awesome that i have to share it.
You need the program called Net tools 5 to do this.
Net tools 5 [download here]

How to:
1. First download, install and run the program.
2. Click: start->Networktools->Scroll down and click Udp flooder
3. Once its open change 127.0.0.1 to 27.27.27.27
4. Where it says "Data" you need to paste the below 3-5 times
DataDataDataDataData
5. Now put speed to max
6. Turn lag ON and choose map
7. Turn lag OFF while it says "Joining game lobby"
8. Turn lag back ON when it says "Testing X potential matches" or "Trying to join X potential matches"
9. Turn lag OFF when it says "Waiting for X players"
You are now host.
How does this work?
It will fuc* up your connection while the lag is on and you won't be able to join any lobbies. Instead the game just puts you into a new lobby where you are host. After that you just turn the lag off and everything is back at normal.

Bo zombies choose the first person in the lobby to be host.

I think i may have forgotten to turn it off after haha.
