There is no "tapping" program. You can only tap by methods;

Laptop Method:
Use the killswitch provided on your laptop to disconnect and reconnect within the game for tapping.

Universal Method:
Unplug your router and replug it back in to tap.

Note:You will only have a few seconds to reconnect your internet before getting booted off the game.

@[=Evl and that is where you are wrong, there are tapping programs that disconnect your router and reconnect it for you with a hotkey. I've had experience using one ^^

The program you are using is something that resets your DNS and IP. That's like tapping but it's not the real thing.

The tapping programs you find are just DNS flushers or IP reset. I found this out by actually watching all my system info change right after I used the program. Since the fact no one uses these programs more is because, Laptops are now built with a wireless internet killswitch which is more sufficient knowing that you won't download any bugs or virus for this feature.
