You need to pay money if you want to get a real premium. So, if you hack WarRock servers, you can get a real premium for free, so this is actually stealing a money. It's just like stealing a candy from a shop.
Premium hacks in D3D/NoMenu hacks, are only visual, you can't actually buy a stuff or creating premium maps with it.
That's the difference.
