It's actually very good, it allows workers to relax and eases stress, boost morale.

It is good, yes, but I haven't heard of a job that has a massage therapy benefit, obviously the insurances, workshops, and lunches of course.

It is uncommon in businesses like Nexon, large corporations do that. For exmaple, NIKE Corporation put a 'fun room' in each building, it's pretty much a room with pool tables, snack bars, video games, etc.
