[Request] Frame Rate Helper

Ok, First I'm not exactly sure if this goes here but this is NOT a mod request it is a legitimate Hack request/idea

Nexon recently released a patch for Combat Arms/ North America that has patched removing any type of texture file or even moving them.

If you attempt to move a texture file then you will get a "Game closing Client File is Corrupt" message

Now I have major Frame Rate issues because I have a 64bit computer with a slow processor and I do not feel like buying another computer.. Combat arms requires that I play on maximum quality in their maps and Characters so my frame rate stays around 18 fps which is difficult at the least for tap firing ect...

Now the Hack I would like to have is one that bypasses that Corrupt message and allows you to play with a white environment or with White Characters as seen whenever you used to remove the texture files from the combat arms folder.. This hack would Double peoples frame rate if they have the same situation as me. With the textures removed in game I hover around 40-50fps its a HUGE difference and I'm able to play the game at a consistent 1.2kd

I do not want to see this hack include any no spread / recoil or chams or anything that may be considered a hack if another player is watching me closely...

It could be a little gui at the top left corner of the screen you press insert to pop out and scroll up or down to turn environmental textures off Player Textures off or both this would be a huge help
