How do you kick in aIW?

Hi, i have played games in aIW and seen that there is a console command for the host to kick players, but every time someone writes it i dont have the time to see what it is. can someone be a little angel and say the command? Thx

P.S: whats the language that i see every where, it is like: òàÈòàùì..?

explain better. The command to kick (easier way) is to type in the console:
select

and then there will be a list of players in game with a specific index. (from 0 to 18, is the max). Now to kick you can simply do:
kick <index>
like:

0 Pl1 1 Pl2 2 Pl3

Now to kick Pl1 use: kick 0.

also im assumingyou can choose there player number.

you can kick with kick playername
or you can kick with if the player has a freaky name type status first then find players number like 0 8845688 g41241 hacker =0 is players number 88845688 is some code also is g41241 hacker is his name get it?
now type clientkick 0 see what i mean?
