WTF MSN ERROR CODE UP THE ASS

GOD SHIT FUCK THUNDERCUNT

I decided to hop on MSN on my other computer today to help someone with video editing, but then I got this error message when i tried to login. I have never changed my password on my account, so i thought hmm this is weird

I went to chrome, changed my account password then opened it up again and tried again. Nope. I feel like kind of a douchebag for not helping out this kid on time, and if anyone has had this error before, or knows how to fix it, please share your knowledge with me and help my ass.

Yeah i have googled it.

Hence me stating in the op that i have researched it

I have tried changing the date and time to synchronize with the time at time.windows.com, and also made sure that my internet settings weren't screwed up by a proxy.

Nothing

Just tried running as administrator, same error code.
Also going to compatibility and changing it to always do that is no different than just right clicking it and doing it.

I will try rebooting, it took me 10 minutes to install on my mother's shit computer. Not sure if im willing to go through that again. lol.
