Visual Title Changes

I have a question
When we get enough posts to change our visual title, can we use our own? I Photoshopped one of my own, because I'm want to change my name, text title, and visual title to something House MD related
The visual title I wanted:

Picture titles are 1337 I believe. Read the rules for better understanding.

1337 posts for picture user title and request at staff requests

lol i dunt have to request, i can change mine anytime.

your one to talk.

Sorry, you can only have an image title when you have 1,337 posts.
You can change your user title to anything you like, other than pictures,
Thank you.

You can't read mine?

I know I need leet posts to change. I'm wondering now so I don't have to later
So, from what I've read, I can only use preset titles that are on the site?
I had resized mine down to the exact dimensions of a title (152px x 22px)
For nothing then?

No, you can't use it if it's too big but as you can see mine is pretty big

Imma make one, 'cept it'll have tacos on it or something.
And I'll try to change my name to Alvin the Public Masturbator.

So you CAN use custom ones? Mine is the perfect size, I Right-clicked my current title, and clicked View Image Info
It said 152 x 22 pixels, so I made my title 152 x 21 (warping and distortions wouldn't let me make the title resize perfectly
