Its a simple technique but you need a bullet and you need like 500 screenshots each like 1 pix smaller and you animate it. Only takes like 25min :P

Not really, the bullet animation is from a famous sniper game. When you make a kill shot, the bullet will slowly go and you can watch it slams into someone and kill them.. yummy..

The bullet is made, by editing one footage over the other, so he shot the dude in the face, but edited the bullet moving toward him to make it look like it was killed.

I'm pretty sure you can regulate the frame rate in programs like Adobe After Affects and Sony Vegas Pro
