Can some1 do this

can anybody or some1 mod the texture.rez so it can be white world so it wont be laggy if its possible

Try using the "Search" Button before posting. Also use the program Bombsaway Found and Released. It's a great way to speed up your computer (So in obvious cases your game will speed up...)

Things to do to reduce lag:
1. Uninstall Pando Media Booster (Nexon does this silent install during every patch update)
2. Get Game Booster or something equivalent
3. Right click the short cut to CA on your computer, go to properties>shortcut, and change the target to "C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\CombatArms_Direct.exe" (unless your folder is in another directory).
4. Get a better graphics card (laptops have integrated graphics cards, so if you want to be able to upgrade in the future then get a tower).
5. (If you plan on turning your computer off directly after your done with CA) Ctrl+Alt+Del>Task Manager>Processes and find "explorer[dot]exe", click it and end the process. This will make your desktop background disappear. (Note: Must have CA already opened, and be able to know how to shut down computer without going to Start>Shutdown)

And I'll see if modding that REZ will work, if so I'll PM it (unless other people want it?)

I got gamebooster upgrading the game card aint always a solution as money don't grow on trees which means I'm stuck on cash. And I tried that program it don't do much for my computer

That's why you look for programs that can help speed up you computer with keys so you don't have to pay for them.

There's one in Combat Arms Discussions - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking.
