depends on the level on which you contribute upon
popular people will have the popular award simple. if you dont have it youre just not as popular as they are
I want to make programs and hacks but i suck at c++ and no one is willing to teach me
Well I think Jab really deserves to be a Mod since i've known him in ca section since he was a no one.. till now he's a Mod now...
