Jail breaking

SO I have a iPod touch 32 gig 2nd generation (I think, the one b4 the cameras)
And I was wondering, should I jail break it?

Yeah go ahead. Why not? It only makes it better.

And the one b4 camera's is 3rd generation

When does your waranty expire?

Anything with apple sign have to be jailbroken ..

True. You should definently hailbreak it, you get a lot of goodies when jailbreaking it. But after jailbreaking, no waranty.

i didnt buy it from apple;
i bought my first ipod from a friend about 8 months ago (8gb for $140)
some douche stole it 5 months later
then i bought a ipod nano 4gb for $25 from one of my friends,
then the next day, my touch for $140 (32gig, same price as the 8gig one)

and its version 4.3.2, there might not be a way to downgrade it :[

I said jailbreak with old firmware , not downgrade , actually when u jailbreak , u reinstall the iOS , so if u use an old iOS (Old firmware) It will be downgraded & jailbroken at the same time ..
