I can't verify my card!!.. I wrote the 16 digits number on the front and last 3 from the back.. my card is in euros.. MasterCard.. what did I do wrong?

Doesnt it usually take a little while to verify the card? I know it took 3 days to at least verify my bank account.

I think it's my Card issuer's fault.. I think he didn't mention online payments and stuff like that.
