Python, or Water Moskin, or Chicken snake?
I have this snake that took up a whole 12 ft 2x4 wood and made it crack. I was fishing in my pond and heard some wood fall by my shed, and when i went to walk out there i seen a big long 12 foot snake(around that length), with about a C shape body(put your hands in a C shape formation and its that big), the head was looking at me, it had dull black eyes, the tonuge was forked, and its head was like fat from the back then narrow toward the end. It turned around and the body was so big that it was all scracthed. my friend of mine set a trap out there that he used to trap copperheads/rattlers/water moskins. He would put a dead squirrel in the cage or a rat, and let it lay over night. We did this for 3 days and all we caught was rattlers and stuff. Then 1 night my dog was goign crazy (pit bull), and i went to get up and got my little 9mm. I walked out with a flash light and shined it by my dog. This black figure was going toward the trap and hoping it would work. I let my dog go in the house, and the snake ran into the trap and it ate the squirrel he had. I went in hoping it was traped in it. Woke up, the cage was torn open. that night my friend stayed out there with some deer meat and he saw the snake, shot his 30-30 3 times, he hit it because he said the snake twisted. Then he got his 12 gauge shotgun and shot that 2 times at the snake. Got out of the stand and the snake was gone.

this snake is 12 feet long, a narrow head, huge round body (c shaped hand), and about a flat hand sized head. Shot 3 times with a 30-30 rifle, and 2 times with buck shot 12 gauge shells.
