Let's set a few things straight about COD
What we saw today is called "RQ before demote". Certain staffs KNEW they were going to get demoted (it was posted in a thread & apps went up). So instead of taking it like a man they RQ before being demoted.
Now, let's look at our COD staff:
Blubb1337 was told in a thread in the minions section that he would be demoted. He quit after reading that. Nothing really bad to say about him other than he was inactive and probably burned out.
TheGodFather was told basically the same. As of lately, all he has been doing is talking shit to other staff and then crying about nothing to do in the COD sections and how they were dead... but had the same traffic as CA/CF /fp. Fact of the matter is he was going to be replaced.
Jamesa1994, aka MR "i'm not replaceable" RQ after I set him straight on MSN, he was staff on another site - took him a day to get his shit straight and then he talked shit on msn about how we needed him and how he wasn't replaceable. RQ before demote.
As I mentioned in the April evaluations, we definitely needed new blood in the section, and were going to be clearing out house on the rest of the site before summer begins and we start getting busy.

IDK dave, COD section was a little dead. I can remember how full of traffic it was on the summer. If you posted there then you're going to get a response in 2 seconds. It did changed. At least MW2 IDK for Black Ops.

I'm still here and basically I RQed when I was an active VS because I knew I was going to be inactive later on. Why couldn't they just do that instead of waiting to be Demodded/minioned.
