Edit the helmet texture, make it all transparent.
But why would you want that. you can't see it on yourself either way.

not a clue, might be a bug or rez mod
Find the texture for the helm, open it using photoshop.
Use the Eraser, erase everything. save. Easy.
But in truth there is no use for it.

You can't remove the "helmet"...
You can use other helmets/barrets, but you can't bring your character to "not-wear".
Im not really a CF modder, so I don't know how to extract the helmet textures.
Just leave it be, why do you want it removed anyway?
