Is combat arms stupid?

Ive been playing ca for about a month after i quit for 5 months. This is my new acc:

I obviously blocked out the name on the acc in case we had any spies from ca but ive been hacking running a cleaner once a week and so far no ban! they have gotta just be terrible at finding hackers. I know I've been reported and recorded but no ban? it's kinda disappointing.

Nexon doesn't care about low levels like your account, they go for the high ranks, because low ranks just remake there accounts and keep going.

Actually, high ranks make alts and go on hacking sprees on low ranking accounts.
