I'm using a custom version of windows xp pro, is beast, I have had vista on this comp and I have windows 7 on my desktop, and so far xp gets thumbs up... Also companies use xp because its stable, reliable, cheap, and isn't flashy like vista or win 7...

and with w xp my harddisk was getting full but i didn't download anything or install anything and it was getting super slow

7 is nothing more than XP that uses more system resources, locks users out of a lot of stuff, missing features, and a better graphical interface. But with one tweak to XP, you can easily have as many custom skins as you want. So in terms of what is actually better, XP is. 7 just looks nicer, and is slightly more user friendly. But thats only because they streamlined a lot of shit, so stupid people can use it easier.
