Steam Authorization failed

Ive tried looking through google for an answer but i couldn't find one. So basically this just started happening and i am new to AlterIw so does this happen normally or is a unique error. i was wondering if anyone on this forum had an answer to my problem. Thanks

Problem Banned For 6 Hours?
Turn your hacks off and try after 6 hours.

I was not using any hacks. Except for this morning after i got kiked i havent been able to get on. Maybe your right :/

It can also occur if you try to join a server within 30 sec of client startup, to fix it you just restart it.

you either got banned for 8hours 3 days or permanent if not then somethings rong reccomended to reinstall

uhm they only have 6 hour ban if you inject a hack that is detected
and than if you got cheated for the first time 1 month ban than perm
but they don't ban anymore on reports so I am not sure about that rule anymore

its alright i have it on xbox and could care less about COD6 on computer. I was just interested in making hacks. I think its because i used hahaz Basic hack from another forum and it might be detected. Anyways thanks for your help guyz Ima check if im still banned

You probably got banned for only 6 hours. Just wait till then. =) Make sure to restart computer before running AlterIW so you don't run the chance of getting temp banned again for 6 hours.

Thanks ive been working on my own custom game and haven't had time to code a hack for Cod6 mpgh AlterIW. But when i have time i might release.

Thanks, but i already downloaded it. I figured out why. I used one of Hahaz old hacks without the ban evade tool and i am pretty sure thats why i got banned. Thanks y'all for help'in me.

you know what ? everyday i get banned from modern warfare 2 online and steams authorization failed and i come back to the game , i change the game files ,delete cashes and use local IP.

so if i get a ban , i do a trick which make me unbanned
