[ For Win XP 32 bit ] Program to update the structures/class?

Does anyone have a ReClass or an alternative Program to update the structures/class?

In my Win XP Pro 32 bit, ReClass ( old and 2011 version ) or StructBuild not show Process Combat_Arms/Engine ( InGame ) to Attach making impossible to update.
