What is it?
~It is a program to test your D3D Menus on, you can use this instead of always opening the game (this only give a time profit when you are a coder)
Non coders will not have use to this.

this is a programme where u can see your menu it just a test D3D9 programme for menus but the hacks dont work but anything like changing the menu collor will work...
