How can i capture my gameplay external, cause fraps is lagging.

its not fraps that lags, its your pc running with fraps that lags, invest in a stronger pc sometime.

Or, buy a SSD drive.

What are your computer's specifications?

try to save the vid on an other harddisk

most of the times the hard disk gets overused and will make you lag

or you have a bad pc
