F2P = full rune with rune scim for str , Do zombies / flesh crawlers @ stronghold of security , around 25k exp hr or 30k exp hr
P2P = if 80cb or higher get Saradomin Sword (if 65+ def) or if lower then d scim with a shield
abyssal whip for training attack and def
do dagganoths , only needs Horror From The Deep wich is a 30 minute quest
Dagganoths drop tortsol seeds often and charms too
I get a tortsol seed every 2 hr's or so . thats 300k already
I get 50k exp hr with str pots @ dagganoths with d scim @ cb 100
Get powerbot DagganothsPro or rsbots.net DagganothsPro or just a autofighter .
so I reccomend dagganoths with 65+ def
helm of neitznoit / berserker helm / dragon med helm

i did flesh crawlers for a long time its bout 25kexp/hour but then when i was higher i attacked some spiders and it was 35k/hour
