Idk how long, why don't you learn how to make hacks and let us know? 
Jk, usually people take a few days of straight-out coding, if not weeks. However, due to constant maintenance/patching, hackers have to constantly update their hacks to conform to the new components of the game.

When Nexon makes small patches like that, it takes around 5-6 months for a new hack to come out.

It takes 5 minute at Tops to update a hack..Another 5 for testing it..
