iPad
iPhone4
HTC Wildfire
All phones will carry 12GB free data to be used within a Year.

HTC has worse screens but better phones.

I would choose none of those, but the best of given is probably iPhone 4.
When you mentioned iPad, did you mean original iPad or 2nd generation iPad? if it's iPad 2 then definently go with the iPad 2 I own it and it rocks my world!

No iPad 2 is much better than iPhone 4 because it has a dual-core processor, a big screen which is totally awesome if you use internet a lot. iPhone 4 will probably be discontined in a year, because it's already getting old while iPad 2 being the newest Apple device and + a dual-core processor.
