CSS without steam for free?

Hey i was wondering if i could download css without steam for free anybody know where and don't post google.

Yeh you can get css Non-Steam, search css Non-Steam in google, but you might aswell buy it...You won't be able to play in most servers

umm.. I have nonsteam that can play in every server. But the installation is complicated, and I mean REAL complicated
