    K first and foremost see if your ipod appears in my computer. If it does access the ipod and then go and unhide the folders within the ipod's directory. If this works you'll be able to find the folder with all the music stored on it. Then it would be a matter of just copying and pasting somewhere else. If you can see the folders but can't really access the files properly then you can convert your ipod into NTFS instead of FAT32 or any other file system by using the convert command in CMD

    Go into cmd and type but replace f with whatever your ipod is lettered with.
