Thread Not Showing?

I created a tutorial for Combat Arms, and i'm not seeing in that section. Does the tutorial need to be approved, because i never read the screen that shows after you post a thread there? Any help is appreciated.

I see now, it has to be reviewed by staff before it's accepted, and it's about the roulette slots on how to get anything you want. I mastered Nexon's secret pattern.
