OK! If you haven't noticed, i am only 14. BUT I DO NEED PAYPAL. So for all you other younglings I've found this video on youtube that helped me verify my PayPal account and remove the spending limit of 0 WITHOUT USE OF A CREDIT CARD OR BANKING ACCOUNT. AND ITS INSTANTTT
