which is better to type on for long hours?

having your keyboard in an upright angle, like a slope found on most dell keyboards, or have it flat like most HP keyboards?

My Logitech keyboard is in a box

logitech said the opposite...

well ill just switch over to my dell keyboard and lower the things on teh back, bc the one im using now, my dad gave to me and he put a make shift slope on the back with ducktape, so i dont wanna remove the ducktape just yet lol
I suggest u try all ways out cuz each persons taste is different.
