Unity vs. UDK
Since everyone knows both of them(or atleast tried it) you all know some pros and contras for both of them.

It's obvious it's udk > unity all the way. period.
Well, UDK doesn't make you pay tons to use its full features plus it is much more powerful. However, that power comes at the cost of a heavy learning curve. If you can master it though, UDK is definitely the way to go.
