iPhone 3G Help
Hey guys, one of you might might know something about this;

I've got an iPhone 3G, and the only way that I knew of to update to (I believe it was) 4.2.1 was to install the 06.15.00 baseband onto my iPhone and then unlock. (Its been 2 months so work twith me if I don't get all the details right pl0x.)

So I did all that, used my phone for 3 or 4 months, then I got the crazy freakin' idea of putting Android onto my iPhone, completely forgetting that I had messed with the baseband (or bios or whatever). So when I used iBoot (I think it was iBoot) to install Android, my iPhone kinda messed up and now, no matter what I do, wether it's restore via iTunes with just the normal firmware, or PwngeTool, it will not work.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
are you trying to restore it to the newest firmware? and what exactly is wrong with it? does it start up? or does it just turn on then turn off?
androids are androids
iphones are iphones
dont mix them
restore it to factory settings via iTunes

Using open iboot keeps the OSs separate. And iphodroid is proven to run smoothly on a 3G

I read.

I'm just providing another opinion and option.
@Reaper8281 Yeah, I'm trying to restore to 4.2.1. Also, whenever I try to start it, it goes to the Connect to iTunes symbol.

@Jailbroken671 I've tried that already >.>
Soooooooo no ideas on how to fix it?
Have you tried putting it into DFU and connecting to iTunes?
@bingbangBaby Yeah, I've tried that. The only thing I haven't tried is using redsn0w (with the Upgrade to iPad baseband thing selected, like I had it when I jailbroke it before) and jailbreaking again, because I thought it had actually start up before that would work. You think that might be worth a shot?
every thing would worth a shot

u can also try green poison

@miki08 Greenpois0n doesn't even detect my iPhone in DFU mode. I'll try it again, but I've tried it 2 times with no luck.

Edit 1:
Oh and you know how you guys keep telling me to restore my iPhone? I forgot to mention that when I TRY to restore the iPhone, it's about to comlete the comes up with an error, that being "Error 1015", which is the one about downgrading the firmware.

ALSO, I just tried to restore my phone and Error 1600 came up, so I don't know what the error is or if I'm making progress on getting my iPhone better or not.
