You cant fix this, this means that Nexon has banned ur location from buying NX online..it happens to me too

It happens if they find multiple IP's on one account I think happend to me too

Yeah I got this too but only for Nx sur.veys so i talk to my "source" in nexon who gets my accounts unbanned from time to time

and he said I got banned from doing sur.veys but I can still buy Nx online though.So i guess somehow you got banned from buying Nx online. My advice is just buy prepaid like UGC or something. And enter the codes.Or just Nx prepaid. @PID3RMAN

Nexon is dumb, but not that dumb. They banned the account as a whole from getting nx. Not just ip banned,
